While the Princess of Wales sparkled in the historic Strathmore Rose tiara. On the American continent, Meghan was engaged in another very different, less glamorous activity.

The Duchess of Sussex, took advantage of her recent trip to Canada to meet with the non-profit organization Justice for Girls to support its mission to protect the rights of marginalized girls and young women.

On this visit to the Vancouver offices, Meghan opted for a casual look consisting of white pants from designer Ralph Lauren for US$1,690, small earrings from the brand Edge of Ember for US$80, and a striking diamond bracelet valued at US$18,500 from the exclusive jewelry store Lorraine Schwartz.

A simple but symbolic ensemble when compared to the majestic ball gowns and dazzling tiaras her sister-in-law Kate Middleton chose for a recent state banquet at Buckingham Palace.

According to statements on Justice for Girls’ Instagram post, Prince Harry’s wife showed “genuine and understanding” in her conversations with the foundation’s young female interns where they discussed their “personal struggles.”

Her closeness and warmth were received by the teenage girls, who felt “heard, supported, and inspired.”

This empathetic approach goes hand in hand with Meghan Markle’s well-known work as an advocate for social causes related to women’s and girls’ rights.

For many Sussex fans, her choice of attire reinforces her commitment to prioritizing comfort and simplicity over ostentation.

The Justice for Girls organization, with 24 years of work in Vancouver, focuses on combating issues such as violence, poverty, and discrimination suffered by marginalized young women.

They offer educational workshops, legal advice, and awareness campaigns to guarantee their rights and improve their quality of life.

With actions such as these and public figures showing solidarity with their struggle, they hope to generate a positive impact for new generations of girls and adolescents.
