Princess Leonor continues her participation in the XXIV Military Academies Sports Championship for Officers, also known as Interacademies, which takes place at the San Javier Academy in Murcia.

In this opportunity, the heiress to the throne who is currently training at the General Military Academy of Zaragoza competed now in one of her favorite sports: volleyball.

After winning the silver medal in fencing, now Leonor returns to participate again but in the discipline of volleyball, one of her great hobbies.

It should be noted that Leonor has been playing volleyball since she was a child, as she was part of the volleyball team of her school Santa María de los Rosales in Madrid.

Leonor was dressed in the official equipment of her Academy which consisted of blue shorts and a red t-shirt with yellow details.

She has played as described on the ‘inter-academia’ website “an exciting volleyball match,” between her Academy, the General Air Academy of Zaragoza, and the Naval Military School, where her team took the victory.

She then participated in a second fraternization match, where the General Air Academy, the General Military Academy (where Leonor is trained), the Naval Military School, and the Central Academy of Defense faced each other.

In this second match, unfortunately, the team in which the Princess of Asturias participated lost.

Fully integrated into the activities surrounding her training at the General Military Academy of Zaragoza, it is clear that Princess Leonor is one more among the young cadets of the army.
