Shortly after Kate Middleton’s return to duty was announced, her husband, Prince William, also resumed his official duties.
On September 17, Kate held her first work engagement since completing her chemotherapy treatment.
At Windsor Castle, she held a meeting dedicated to her project on early childhood development.
Meanwhile, William traveled to Scotland to participate in a work engagement focused on one of the issues that concerns him most: homelessness.

Addressing homelessness is one of the priorities of his public work.
On September 19, the Prince of Wales arrived in Aberdeen to meet with people working to eradicate homelessness in the region, as well as representatives of the Homewards Aberdeen Coalition.
According to reports, this trip aimed to thank those who strive to support the homeless.
William began his visit at the local Shelter Scotland office, where he had the opportunity to learn about the services they provide to those at risk of homelessness or already without a home.
During his stay, the Prince also interacted with staff at the Aberdeen office and with people who have received support to overcome homelessness.
Later, the Prince of Wales attended a special event organized by Homewards Aberdeen, in partnership with Homeless Network Scotland.
There, he met with members of the homelessness sector and recognized their important work.
He also listened to the experiences of those affected and gave a short speech in which he made clear his determination to demonstrate that it is possible to end homelessness.
In June 2023, the Prince of Wales launched Homewards with The Royal Foundation, aiming to create lasting change to help eradicate homelessness for good.
Aberdeen is one of six locations in the United Kingdom chosen as a flagship for this campaign, which provides residents with the resources they need to develop solutions to prevent and end homelessness.
