Recently, a royal expert has blown everyone’s mind by revealing that Meghan Markle has an ace up her sleeve that could wreak havoc on the British monarchy.
Meghan and Prince Harry decided to distance themselves from the royal family in 2020, along with little Archie and started a new life in the United States where they welcomed their second child, Princess Lily.
However, the couple has not been without criticism, especially for their explosive statements about the royal family that have raised concerns among some members of the royal family.
While they’ve already dropped bombshells with their Netflix documentary and Harry’s memoir, called “Spare,” it seems that hasn’t been enough for Meghan.
Meghan Markle’s secret diary
According to the latest rumors, Meghan is preparing a “lethal weapon” of sorts that could have the British crown on edge.
Journalist Jennie Bond, former BBC royal correspondent, was the first to hint that Meghan could be keeping a secret diary, where she would have documented her experiences at Buckingham Palace.
Bond suggests that this diary could be used at any time, and that it could “reveal everything.”
The expert adds that, despite past controversies, Meghan has acted discreetly since her high-profile interview with Oprah and the series the couple produced.
“It’s more than two years since she gave that interview, and she has steered clear of controversy about the royal family since,” Bond commented.
This leads one to believe that, although she has that potential weapon in her possession, for now she seems to be focused on getting on with her life.
“Obviously, the journal she mentioned will remain a potential weapon in her back pocket if she ever feels the need to seek some sort of revenge.”
Bond continued, “But she has behaved with discretion and dignity ever since Oprah and the documentary series. I think she is looking forwards, not backwards and is moving on with her life. So I don’t think we should be raising false alarms about any potential memoir.”
Roya Nikkhah, royal affairs editor of the ‘Sunday Times’, shares the same opinion. In her statements, she stresses that the insinuations that Meghan launched in her most explosive interview hint that, even if not at this moment, in the future she could make use of revelations that could put in check the stability of the English monarchy.
So, although currently Meghan Markle seems to have opted for a quieter path, the fact that she has a secret diary in her possession does not cease to be intriguing.
The uncertainty about what it might contain and how she might use it in the future keeps the monarchy and royal enthusiasts in a constant state of alert. After all, in the world of royalty, a calm day can quickly turn into a storm of revelations.
