After spending weeks in the eye of the hurricane, when his love affair with Ainhoa Armentia was published, and subsequent separation from Infanta Cristina, Iñaki Urdagarin receives good news: he has been granted parole.

This measure granted to the father of Pablo Urdangarin, supposes the definitive suspension of his sentence to 5 years and 10 months, for the economic crimes of the Nóos case.

The Ex-Duke of Palma will be able to move without restrictions and without having to justify anything to the prison of Zaballa.

Why do they give Iñaki Urdangarin parole?

This conditional release comes because sometimes, exceptionally, it is granted when two thirds of the sentence imposed by the court is reached. In addition, his work in the law firm of Vitoria and his good behavior in prison, have been taken into account to make this decision to grant him this regime of freedom.

Iñaki Urdangarin gets out of jail
Iñaki began serving his prison sentence in June 2018.

The future of Iñaki Urdangarin looks hopeful after this measure, since the latest rumors suggest that he will carry out an unpaid internship at FC Barcelona that is part of a coaching course, since his dream is to lead a handball team.

On the other hand, his new life will be marked by his relationship with Ainhoa Armentia and by his separation from the Infanta Cristina.
