Meghan Markle’s new cooking show, With Love, Meghan, has sparked quite a debate since its release on Netflix.

While the series aims to showcase the Duchess of Sussex’s love for food, cooking, and entertaining friends, critics and social media users have raised questions about its originality.

Accusations of copying content from other creators, particularly food blogger Meg Quinn and actress Pamela Anderson, have put Meghan’s show under scrutiny.

    Meghan’s Show Faces Backlash

One of the main controversies revolves around a segment where Meghan demonstrates how to arrange fruit into a “Fruit Rainbow.”

Some viewers were quick to point out the striking resemblance between this idea and content previously shared by Meg Quinn, who runs the social media account Ain’t Too Proud Meg.

Comments online claimed that Meghan had “simply replicated” Quinn’s concept without giving credit.

But the criticism doesn’t stop there. Comparisons between With Love, Meghan and Pamela Anderson’s cooking show, Pamela’s Cooking With Love, have also emerged.

Both programs feature a warm, inviting kitchen setting, where the hosts engage with celebrity chefs and friends while preparing meals.

Observers noted that even the opening sequences of both shows follow a nearly identical pattern—walking into the garden, admiring fresh produce, and then welcoming guests into the kitchen.

The backlash has extended beyond accusations of imitation.

Many social media users have described the show as “the fakest stuff ever” and suggested that it caters only to an elite audience. Others dismissed Meghan’s recipes as unoriginal, stating that they could easily be found on Pinterest.

Throughout the show, Meghan injects humor and personal anecdotes into her cooking sessions.

However, rather than being embraced as charming, some viewers have found these moments forced or out of place.

Despite the criticisms, With Love, Meghan has generated significant buzz, proving that anything the Duchess of Sussex does will always be a topic of discussion.
