In the midst of a busy summer filled with institutional commitments and academic training, Princess Elisabeth of Belgium found some respite in France.
The heir to the throne attended the 30th birthday celebration of Pierre-Elzéar Latécoère, descendant of an aviation pioneer, at the medieval castle of Cazeneuve.
The event brought together young members of the European nobility for an evening that evoked the glamour of Le Bal.
Princess Elisabeth’s style
Elisabeth did not go unnoticed. For the occasion, she chose a multicolored sequined midi dress by Costarellos.
The model, called ‘Leela’, stands out for its square neckline, thin straps, and a progressive shine pattern that mixes fantasy with a simple silhouette.
Her styling, in addition to going viral on social media, was shared by Countess Magdalena of Ursel, a close friend of the princess.
The post shows the young royal alongside the children of Archduke George of Habsburg-Lorraine, in what appears to be an environment of close friendships and ties between European royal houses.
Meanwhile, Elisabeth continues to face uncertainty about her academic future at Harvard, where she is pursuing a master’s degree in public policy, affected by possible restrictions on foreign students by President Donald Trump’s administration.
