Princess Elisabeth of Belgium celebrated National Day with a series of appearances that clearly demonstrated her taste for understated elegance and her ability to successfully reinterpret Queen Mathilde’s wardrobe.
During the traditional mass and military parade, she wore an apple green dress with a cape, accompanied by gold accessories. Except for the sandals, the entire outfit came from her mother’s wardrobe, including the Carolina Herrera clutch and cascading earrings by Hervé Van der Straeten.
Later, in the park where citizens gather to celebrate, Elisabeth opted for a blue floral print dress by Erdem.
Once again, she completed the outfit with inherited pieces: blue and silver earrings by Giorgio Armani, previously worn by Queen Matilde, and a bracelet by Francesca Romana with a serpentine design that added a modern touch to the classic look.
To close the day with the concert and fireworks, the princess opted for a romantic white dress with delicate blue flowers and an asymmetrical neckline, a creation by Victoria Beckham.
She paired the piece with a navy blue clutch by Olga Berg that Mathilde has worn on multiple occasions since 2017.
Elisabeth reaffirms her commitment to sustainable fashion and to making her mother’s pieces her own.
