Today, we won’t be discussing Princess Amalia’s style. I’ll tell you something that’s been making waves in the royal world: it seems that Amalia might be starting a new romance.
The heir to the Dutch throne was photographed at the Oktoberfest, wearing a traditional Bavarian dirndl and accompanied by Christopher von Halem, a young Munich businessman affectionately known as Chrisi.

The German magazine Bunte claims they were seen flirting, and the images—showing Amalia smiling and relaxed—have spread rapidly on social media.
Who is this Chrisi who has caught everyone’s attention? He comes from an influential family in Munich and has established himself among the local elite as an entrepreneur. He founded a company focused on artificial intelligence, and his brother Cedric is also part of Amalia’s close circle.

It’s curious how the German connection always appears in her life, isn’t it? It’s worth noting that, when she turned 18, Amalia confessed to journalist Claudia de Breij that she had a preference for German men because she found them more polite.
That confession was recorded in a book and now gains significance with the release of this new chapter. Even the Dutch press recalls that she had a brief affair with a young man from that country in the past.

For now, the mystery surrounding Christopher is only growing. As soon as the news came out, he deleted his LinkedIn profile and removed several of his videos from social media, a move many see as a way to avoid the media spotlight.
Of course, this move, far from curbing the rumors, has only fueled further speculation. Is this the start of a serious relationship or just a friendship with a spark? That remains to be seen.
