Queen Letizia has once again shown that she knows how to make a simple look stand out and become a reference.
At the Retina ECO 2025 Awards, held at the Real Teatro del Retiro in Madrid, she chose an impeccable white outfit that challenged the notion that this color is reserved for summer. The occasion, which celebrated sustainable innovation, seemed perfectly tailored for this sleek and modern style.
The centerpiece was a white Mango jacket with silver buttons and structured sleeves. A design that, despite being from past seasons, still has the ability to elevate any outfit thanks to the small details that set it apart from the classic.
At the bottom, wide dress pants from the same brand, another of the queen’s safe bets, combine comfort and elegance, making them ideal for these events.
The footwear was the most interesting twist; the mother of Princess Eleanor and Infanta Sofia wore two-tone black and white Mary Janes with low heels and buckled straps. A style that is increasingly recurring in her wardrobe and which she uses as an alternative to high heels.
The effect is clear: it enhances sophistication without sacrificing freshness, demonstrating that fashion can also be practical. As a final touch, PDPAOLA earrings with teardrop-shaped zircons, discreet yet full of personality.
The bag, however, was a more predictable choice. The Queen of Spain wore the classic black Victoria Insignia Satchel by Carolina Herrera, one of her recurring favorites.
