Queen Letizia once again demonstrated why red is her signature color. Every time she chooses it, she conveys strength, elegance, and a confidence that have become part of her personal brand.

This time, she did so during the World Mental Health Day event in Madrid, a commitment she never misses. In addition to her message, her appearance once again captured everyone’s attention.

For the occasion, the Queen unveiled a dress by Adolfo Domínguez, featuring clean lines and flowing fabric that moves with a beautiful naturalness when walking. It has a cut that effortlessly enhances the figure: a defined waist, flared sleeves, and a skirt with just the right volume.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time this model has appeared in the Royal Household. Princess Leonor wore a very similar one, but in green, during the Opening of the XV Legislature in 2023. Mother and daughter clearly share a taste for understated and thoughtful elegance.

Letizia completed the ensemble with new Magrit shoes—a blend of babies and slingbacks—featuring a wide heel and a square toe, perfectly in her style.

In her hand, she held a red Menbur clutch, and in terms of jewelry, she remained faithful to her golden hoop earrings and the Coreterno ring, a small talisman that has been with her for years.
