It appears Princess Kate has discovered a new, rather introspective pastime. It’s about meditation.
British artist Chris Levine—who famously immortalized Queen Elizabeth II in one of his most celebrated portraits—revealed that he has been teaching her to meditate. “I think I’ve said too much!” he joked when he realized he’d revealed more than he intended.

Levine is known for capturing an iconic image of the Queen in 2004, Lightness of Being, where she appears with her eyes closed and a gesture of serenity rarely seen in public.
According to the artist, that calmness inspired him to explore the power of meditation… and now it appears Kate has chosen to follow in his footsteps.

It’s not hard to imagine her finding peace in silence, especially during a time of personal recovery after such a challenging year.
The connection is clear. The princess has always championed the importance of reconnecting with nature and nurturing inner well-being.

We even saw it in that photograph published from Windsor, where she posed calmly leaning against a tree, radiating a serenity that spoke volumes more than any official statement.
Her new interest appears to be a natural extension of that quest for balance.
