Leonor is wrapping up her first trimester at the General Air and Space Academy in San Javier, Murcia, this Friday, and the first thing that stands out is the silence.
There have been no reports of her going out in the city, having dinners with colleagues, or taking those little getaways we saw when she was in Zaragoza or Marín.

This time, the secrecy is absolute. She only appears at the Academy’s official events, and that’s it. It seems that in Murcia, the goal is to remain unnoticed, which, given who she is, requires considerable effort.
On Wednesday, December 10th, she participated in the first-year students’ Flag Raising Parade, which coincided with the feast day of the Virgin of Loreto, the patron saint of aviators.

She walked the runway with her fourth-year classmates, though with a subtle difference, as the security team discreetly monitored the surroundings, as is to be expected.
The most striking part came later. According to La Opinión de Murcia, Leonor did not stay for the wine offered to all attendees. She chose to leave rather than overshadow her colleagues.

This is the first known absence from such an event during her military training, which speaks volumes about her intention to remain on the sidelines.
Meanwhile, her training continues. She has already piloted the Pilatus and flown over the Mar Menor, as confirmed by Spanish journalist Pedro Jota Fernández.

Internal sources at the Academy confirm that she is actively seeking a low profile, positioning herself in the back rows to remain unnoticed. She tries to ensure the professors don’t notice her presence, aiming to blend in with the crowd.
It’s interesting, because being heir to the throne and trying to blend in with everyone else is almost a contradiction, but it seems to be working.

She is now on vacation at Zarzuela until January 7th, where she will be reunited with her parents, Felipe and Letizia, and her younger sister, Sofía.
Then, from January 19th to the 30th, she has her first semester exams. No complete rest.
