Queen Maxima recently visited De Stromen primary school in Alphen aan den Rijn, but it wasn’t a formal visit to greet and smile. She served as the honorary president of the More Music in the Classroom Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing children and young people with access to music education.
The school is participating in a new program called Making Room for Creativity, which essentially helps schools organize creative activities using resources available in their region.

The foundation aims to broaden horizons and contribute to children’s cognitive, social, and creative development, a goal Máxima has supported for years.
For the occasion, she chose a black Max Mara coat paired with a familiar Natan Couture outfit. No excesses or bright colors, everything is very understated and professional.

She wore her Gianvito Rossi Laura 85 boots in black leather, paired with a black Natan clutch with a metallic frame.
It’s the kind of look Máxima chooses when she wants the focus to be on the event’s content, not on her attire. Functional, elegant, and distraction-free.
