Queen Letizia visited the headquarters of FEDER to chair a meeting with representatives of the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases. There, she learned firsthand about the organization’s challenges and goals for 2026, as well as its achievements from the previous year.
Madrid was completely blanketed in snow, and Letizia opted for a winter look in gray. A tone that conveys balance, calm, and professionalism—three qualities that perfectly align with her daily schedule.

She chose three timeless, classic pieces from her wardrobe, confirming why gray has become a key color in women’s fashion this season.
The standout piece was a turtleneck sweater from Falconeri. Minimalist and functional, it offers an intellectual and refined aesthetic that works well in the colder months. She paired it with straight-cut tailored trousers in a different shade of gray, creating a harmonious, monochromatic ensemble.

To add a touch of contrast, she paired it with a classic-cut black blazer, which subtly breaks up the look and adds a sense of authority. She completed the look with black loafers and jewelry so simple it was almost unnoticed.
Far from being cold or dull, gray became synonymous with sophistication. Letizia knows that this neutral tone works well when contrast and textures are used effectively, and she demonstrated this once again.
