When the U.S. Department of Justice’s files on Jeffrey Epstein came to light, the names of Sarah Ferguson and former Prince Andrew once again became central to the story.
In that context, the former Duchess of York made a decision that did not go unnoticed: she left the United Kingdom and settled in Paracelsus Recovery, a rehabilitation clinic in Zurich, according to the Daily Mail.

This is not the first time Ferguson has been linked to this center. She has recorded promotional videos for them and wrote about the clinic in The Telegraph. So, the choice was not random.
A source quoted by the Daily Mail summarized it as follows: she has “a strong relationship with Paracelsus, so it was the obvious place for her to get away from everything.”
The place, by the way, is not exactly affordable: programs cost between $122,000 and $154,000 per week. Guests stay in penthouses overlooking the lake, and each has a team of at least 15 professionals, including a personal chef.

What really matters here are the emails. The released files reveal that Ferguson maintained contact with Epstein long after his 2008 conviction for soliciting prostitution from a minor, contradicting her own statements.
In one of those messages, she told him she “desperately” needed money and asked for a job as an assistant. In another, she referred to him as “the brother I have always wished for.” Neither Ferguson nor her representative has commented on the emails.
The situation became even more complicated on February 19th, when Andrés was arrested. Since then, Ferguson’s location has remained unknown.
