Queen Letizia kicked off the week by receiving a delegation from UNHCR, the UN refugee agency, at the Zarzuela Palace. This year, UNHCR is celebrating 75 years of humanitarian work.
The mother of Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía met with people who have gone through the asylum process in Spain and listened to their accounts of integration and access to international protection.

For the occasion, she chose a look that neatly encapsulates her wardrobe philosophy. The centerpiece was her Mango ethnic jacket in shades of blue, a garment featuring textured fabric, frayed edges, and a classic silhouette that she first wore in 2013, when she was still Princess of Asturias.
This Tuesday marked her seventh appearance wearing it. Seven times. Wearing a Mango jacket. For a queen, this is not a matter of carelessness, but rather a statement about her views on circular fashion and responsible consumption.

She paired it with a white Hugo Boss blouse and wide-leg trousers in the same color, a clean and bright ensemble that let the jacket carry all the visual impact.
On her feet, she wore her favorite Mary Janes of the season, the Sézane Paula model in white, featuring brass buckles and a wide heel.

For jewelry, she chose new lightning-bolt earrings from the collection of actress Bárbara Goenaga, the Little Iconic model in 9-carat yellow gold with natural diamonds, and her usual Coreterno ring. The result was a professional, springlike, and thoughtful look.
