Infanta Elena does not seem to agree with the lifestyle that her daughter, Victoria Federica, has adopted.

The young influencer has made her way in the fashion world, an industry she knows very well thanks to her father, Jaime Marichalar, who is an advisor to the firm Dior. Victoria has also starred in several magazine covers and is always a luxury guest at high society events.

Infanta Elena’s concern about Victoria Federica

According to sources close to the daughter of King Juan Carlos I, the Infanta Elena is worried about the frivolous and exhibitionist lifestyle of her 22-year-old daughter, as revealed by Consuelo Font, a journalist specialized in the royal household.

The communicator added that the world of influencers is not for the King’s niece. In addition, the Infanta knows very well to what extent the press could interfere in her daughter’s life.

“Doña Elena is afraid that Victoria Federica will fall into the nets of a fashion multinational, that she will be managed at will and that she will definitely slip out of her hands. After the abdication of Don Juan Carlos and since Don Felipe eliminated her from the royal family, she has been an example of discretion and she dislikes that her daughter is the talk of the tabloids,” said the Spanish journalist.

Victoria Federica is fifth in the line of succession, but seems to have little interest in being closer to the crown.

Her mother, for her part, also blames her ex-husband for introducing the young girl to the world of fashion. Jaime Marichalar usually goes with his daughter to the fashion shows and haute couture events organized by the firm for which he works.
