Archie Mountbatten-Windsor is the son of Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, and Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex. He was born on May 6, 2019, at the Portland Hospital in London, UK.

Archie is the seventh in line to the British throne and the first person of mixed race heritage to be born into the modern British royal family.

Archie’s eyes have been a topic of interest among royal watchers and fans of the Sussexes since his birth. Meghan Markle, who is of African American descent, has dark brown eyes, while Prince Harry’s eyes are blue. It was initially unclear what color Archie’s eyes would be, as babies’ eye colors can change in the first few months of life.

In July 2019, during Archie’s first public appearance at a charity polo match, Meghan held him in her arms and the world got its first glimpse of his eyes. Archie’s eyes appeared to be a beautiful shade of brown, just like his mother’s. Since then, his eyes have been a much-talked-about feature, with many people admiring their depth and beauty.

Archie’s eyes are not just a physical feature, but they also represent the diversity and inclusivity that the Sussexes have brought to the royal family. Meghan Markle has been vocal about the challenges of being a biracial woman in the public eye, and Archie’s birth has brought attention to the importance of representation and acceptance of diversity.

Furthermore, Archie’s eyes have also been the subject of speculation regarding his possible future offspring. Some royal watchers have suggested that if Archie marries someone with blue eyes, their children could have a chance of inheriting the blue-eye gene from Prince Harry, creating a rare genetic occurrence in the British royal family.

While Archie Mountbatten-Windsor’s eyes may seem like just a physical characteristic, they hold great significance in terms of representation and inclusivity.

They also serve as a reminder of the changing face of the British royal family and the importance of embracing diversity.
