A heartfelt moment from the past between Prince William and Prince Harry has resurfaced, capturing the attention of social media users.
The clip, taken from the 2017 ITV documentary Diana, Our Mother: Her Life and Legacy, shows the two brothers sharing fond memories of their late mother, Princess Diana.

In the footage, Prince William hands Harry a family photo album and points to a picture of Diana lovingly embracing a young Harry.
“Actually, I thought this was quite sweet,” William says as he shows the photograph. Harry responds warmly, visibly touched by the memory.
The video, which was recently shared on TikTok, quickly gained traction, amassing nearly a million views and over 70,800 likes. It was captioned with the poignant message, “I miss this duo so much.”
Fans flocked to the comments, with one lamenting, “It’s so sad the brothers don’t get along.”
Another added, “Come on, you guys can work it out again,” while a third remarked, “Their mother would be heartbroken if she were alive. They’ve been through too much and need to find common ground again.”
A moment of unity before the rift
The scene from the documentary stands in stark contrast to the strained relationship the brothers share today.
In 2017, they came together to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Princess Diana’s tragic death. As part of the project, they opened up a family photo album, revealing unseen moments from their childhood.
A relationship in decline
Unfortunately, the warmth and camaraderie evident in the documentary have since been replaced by a deep rift.
Tensions reportedly began to rise in the lead-up to Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle in 2018 and have only worsened since.
In a January 2023 interview with Anderson Cooper on 60 Minutes, Harry acknowledged that he and William were no longer in contact.
Despite the current estrangement, some believe there’s still a chance for the brothers to reconcile.
