Queen Mathilde of Belgium once again caught the eye with an unexpected style during the piano finals of the Queen Elisabeth competition, held at the Bozar in Brussels.
For the occasion, she chose a romantic nude pink jumpsuit, created by Lebanese designer Elie Saab.
Queen Mathilde’s style
The piece, made in silk, combined 3D floral details on the neckline, fitted bodice, flared pants and a long, ethereal cape that provided movement and drama.
The queen’s look was carefully coordinated with accessories that reinforced her style: pink satin slingback shoes by Natan, Armani handbag, diamond earrings, several bracelets and her usual Rolex Datejust watch, valued at almost 16,000 euros.
Queen princess Elisabeth’s style
In this public appearance, Mathilde was accompanied by her daughter, Princess Elisabeth, who recently returned from Harvard after completing the first year of her master’s degree in International Relations.
The heiress to the throne opted for a black midi dress with puffed sleeves and jeweled bows signed by Rebecca Vallance, a discreet design but loaded with intention, as if seeking to complement without overshadowing.
