Recently, the Noordeinde Palace in The Hague hosted a very special reception. King Willem-Alexander, Queen Maxima, and Princess Amalia welcomed the Dutch medalists from the Milan 2026 Winter Olympics.
These games were historic for the Netherlands: 10 gold, 7 silver, and 3 bronze medals, placing the team third in the medal table, behind only Norway and the United States. With those numbers on the table, the celebration was more than justified.

For the occasion, Queen Máxima chose Natan Couture, one of her favorite designers. She chose an asymmetrical draped blouse from the Belgian house, paired with her well-known Gianvito Rossi pumps in light tan suede.
An ensemble that balances structure and fluidity, very much in line with her style, which always features something eye-catching.

Amalia, meanwhile, appeared in a Max Mara suit in a strawberry tone – that pale, peachy pink that the Italian firm handles so well.
An Osanna blazer and Senna trousers, paired with a burgundy Jige Élan 29 clutch from Hermès, successfully broke up the monochrome look of the ensemble.

A look we’ve seen before, but she makes it her own with its elegance and modernity.
