In her sixth participation in the Princess of Asturias Awards, Princess Leonor surprised everyone by appearing with a completely different look than in past editions.
This year, she decided to leave behind the dresses to appear on stage in an elegant tuxedo-style suit, marking an evolution towards a more mature and sophisticated style.
This change has been interpreted as a sign of her personal growth and the influence of her mother, Queen Letizia, both in her attire and in the details of her accessories.

Leonor arrived at the Campoamor theater, accompanied by the Queen, King Felipe, her sister Sofia, and Queen Emeritus Sofia of Greece all dressed in dark tones, in a demonstration of sobriety and elegance.
In contrast, Sofia wore a metallic jacket over her palazzo pants, giving a distinctive touch to the family ensemble.
In the case of Leonor, her three-piece tuxedo stood out for its wide lapels, reminiscent of classic men’s suits, but maintaining a feminine and modern aesthetic.
The chosen ensemble included pointed-toe shoes with a low heel, the Yaiza model from the PINKCHIC guagua brand, which has already become a shared favorite between mother and daughter.
Leonor complemented the look with white gold and diamond earrings by Yanes, a jewel that Letizia received as a wedding gift.
The choice of these earrings reinforced the stylistic connection between the two, and her hair pulled back in an elegant bun let them shine in all their splendor.
This updo was a departure from the styles Leonor had worn in previous days. On this occasion, the bun with a center parting and loose strands added a touch of distinction and highlighted her face.
In other editions of the awards, she has varied between ponytails, waves and loose hair, showing a versatility to adapt to every occasion.
Since her debut in 2019, Leonor has left behind the youthful cut dresses and has adopted a more structured and formal style.
