Since she began her training at the General Military Academy of Zaragoza, Princess Leonor has been seen mainly in uniform.
However, in the month of July and August, we have had the opportunity to get a closer look at the personal style of the heiress to the Spanish throne.
Princess Leonor latest outfits
Leonor de Borbón favors a classic style, a choice that could be influenced by her future role as queen.
Unlike her sister, the Infanta Sofia, who tends to opt for bolder looks, including miniskirts and more modern garments, Leonor prefers a more conservative approach to her attire.
This predilection for understated elegance has much to do with the influence of her mother, Queen Letizia, something that is clearly reflected in the looks she has worn at recent events.
Let’s start with the outfit she wore during her visit to Sant Feliú de Llobregat, where she had the opportunity to visit Jaume Plensa’s workshop.
Leonor opted for an outfit in white tones. The centerpiece of her outfit was an oversize shirt by Roberto Verino, with a masculine cut but made of a delicate poplin fabric, light and fluid.
The shirt featured a subtle checkered maxi print in the same white color, and was combined with basic pants from Mango and beige esparto espadrilles from Macarena Shoes.
During a meeting with young people from the Princess of Girona Foundation in the Santa Clotilde gardens in Lloret de Mar, the princess wore an outfit that could have been taken from Queen Letizia’s closet.
The heiress wore a green blazer by Hugo Boss and completed her look with a basic white top, matching pants and new round-toe, comfortable heeled shoes by Polin et Moi.
At the Princess of Girona Awards ceremony, Leonor dazzled in a dress by Self Portrait. The princess chose a navy blue design with lace, which included lining in the skirt and chest, leaving uncovered areas such as the abdomen, neckline and upper back, creating a game of transparencies.
To add a final touch, she wore sapphire and diamond earrings belonging to Queen Letizia.
Another look completely inspired by her mother was the one she chose for her first international trip to Portugal.
Dressed in red from head to toe, Leonor made an impact with a CH Carolina Herrera suit, composed of a fitted blazer with double-breasted buttons and high-waisted, fluid-cut pants.
She completed the outfit with a white top and comfortable nude-toned heels by Pinkchic Guagua. As accessories, she chose diamond and ruby earrings by Gold & Roses, which also belong to Queen Letizia, and a matching ring. She also carried a handbag by Olivia Mareque.
At the reception that the King and Queen offered in Zarzuela to celebrate Spain’s victory in the European Championship. Leonor and Sofia chose to wear the Spanish national team jersey with the number 10.
Leonor combined her jersey with white pants from Mango, sneakers from the Spanish firm Joma and earrings from the firm CxC, which also belong to Queen Letizia.
During an audience with the United World Colleges (UWC), Leonor surprised with a floral dress from the Swedish firm & Other Stories.
This black and white design, with botanical print, square neckline, short puffed sleeves, midi length and slit in the skirt, was complemented with black esparto espadrilles by Calzados Picón.
On August 4, the family surprised everyone with a dinner outing in Mallorca.
For this outing, Princess Leonor chose a midi shirt dress from the French firm Karl Marc John.
It is a design that features a ‘toile de jouy’ print fabric, with a straight neckline, short sleeves and ruffles on the skirt.
To complement her dress, Leonor wore a raffia bag with a denim effect chain handle and her favorite espadrilles from Mint & Rose.
Princess Leonor’s latest outfit to date surprised many with its summery style.
Princess Leonor wore a strapless top from the Italian brand Subdued, which features a micro floral print in shades of blue and white, with front buttoning.
Leonor completed her look with white pants, a blue bag and light-colored espadrilles, tied at the ankle and with several centimeters of wedge from the brand Mint and Rose.
