On August 28, 2025, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden attended the Baltic Sea Festival at Berwaldhallen in Stockholm to celebrate Baltic Sea Day. This year, the theme of the festival was “Waves,” a nod to sound and light as well as the movements of history and emotion.
The day opened with a performance of Bruch’s Violin Concerto, conducted by the acclaimed Alan Gilbert, featuring the Elbphilharmonie Orchestra and young violinist Maria Dueñas.
