On March 31, 2025, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden attended the celebration of the 200th anniversary of the Gustavsberg Porcelain Factory.
The event took place at the Värmdö Cultural Center, located within the historic factory premises in Gustavsberg.
This iconic establishment holds the distinction of being Sweden’s last operational porcelain factory, preserving centuries-old craftsmanship in its original setting.
The anniversary marks two centuries since Johan Herman Öhman and Johan Olof Wennerberg were granted the rights to establish the factory on March 31, 1825.
Since then, Gustavsberg has upheld its legacy, continuing to produce fine porcelain with the same traditional techniques that have defined Swedish ceramic artistry for generations.
To honor this milestone, Crown Princess Victoria inaugurated Nya Porslinsriket, kicking off a year-long celebration of the factory’s enduring heritage.

For the occasion, the Crown Princess opted for a polished and contemporary ensemble that effortlessly balanced professionalism with a touch of femininity.
She stepped out in a soft pink Zara suit, featuring the brand’s tailored buttoned blazer and Françoise full-length trousers.
The structured silhouette of the suit added a refined elegance to her look, while the pastel hue introduced a fresh, modern charm.
To complement her outfit, she accessorized with understated yet sophisticated pieces. She carried the timeless Saint Laurent Le Maillon satchel bag in sleek black smooth leather, a perfect contrast to the light tones of her attire.
Her choice of footwear, a pair of Gianvito Rossi pointy leather booties, added a polished and contemporary touch, enhancing the overall refinement of her look.
Jewelry played a key role in elevating her ensemble. She adorned herself with Edblad Prime L Creoles earrings in steel, lending a subtle yet stylish accent to her look.
Around her neck, she wore the Skultuna Velo Chaîne necklace in silver-plated metal, a delicate piece that added a hint of shimmer without overpowering her outfit.
Completing her accessories was the Alexandré de Paris Vendome hair clip in crème, which provided a graceful finishing touch to her hairstyle.
