Queen Letizia once again demonstrated that elegance and discretion can walk hand in hand.
It was during the lunch held this Tuesday, April 22 at the Royal Palace to honor the Spanish writer Álvaro Pombo, who received the Miguel de Cervantes Award 2024, for an impeccable career.
At 85 years old, Pombo was celebrated in an intimate setting, attended by publishers, academics, authorities and figures from the Spanish cultural scene.

And there, without stealing the limelight, Letizia once again made it clear why her style continues to be a topic of conversation.
The mother of Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia, opted for a black midi dress by Carolina Herrera, fitted to the body and with button details that provided structure without stiffness.
She cinched her waist with a black belt by Hugo Boss and finished off the outfit with leather pumps by Massimo Dutti.
The accessories were not many, but they were carefully chosen. Chanel Plume earrings in white gold added shine without saturating, and her inseparable Coreterno ring.
