Queen Letizia made her second appearance of the week on Thursday, May 14, and she made the most of it. She was at the Teatro Real in Madrid to inaugurate the XVII Ibero-American Conference of Health Ministers, an event that is part of the countdown to the Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State, which will take place in Madrid in November.
Before the event, she also met with ministers from various countries to discuss rare diseases in Latin America, a topic that has been high on her agenda for years.

For the occasion, she pulled a fuchsia dress from her closet that holds a special story, as Moisés Nieto designed it exclusively for her. It’s not the first time we’ve seen her in it, and it’s no surprise that she chose it for spring, as fuchsia is one of her favorite colors for this time of year.
The dress features three-quarter sleeves, a crew neck, and a flared midi skirt—an ensemble that works well for both formal occasions and any seasonal event with a touch of formality.

She completed the look with pale pink low-heeled shoes and a simple, practical white bag. The outfit maintained a romantic vibe without being overly ornate, and her loose hair completed the look. The long earrings looked perfect with her hair like this, so there was no need to sacrifice accessories for the hairstyle.
