Queen Letizia has once again attracted all the attention in her second official act of the week, this time at the Retina Eco awards ceremony.
After inaugurating the Vocational Training course in Cantabria, the monarch returned to Madrid to preside over this event, which took place at the emblematic Reina Sofia Museum.
These awards, organized by Prisa Media in collaboration with Capgemini, recognize innovative projects that have a positive impact on sustainability and the fight against climate change.
The Queen has been present at every edition of the awards since their creation in 2021, reaffirming her commitment to caring for the environment.
Letizia has actively supported causes related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, making this event an important date in her annual agenda.
Queen Letizia debuts denim dress at Retina Eco Awards
For this occasion, Letizia opted for a less formal outfit than in previous editions, but equally elegant.
The mother of Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia, debuted a dress from the fashion house Carolina Herrera, valued at 830 dollars.
It is a design made of denim fabric that stands out for its fitted cut at the top and a volume skirt that enhances the figure.
This piece has classic details such as contrast stitching and a belt of the same fabric, without a doubt, it is a perfect example of the balance between modern and timeless.
To perfectly complement the dress, Letizia chose accessories in a vibrant shade of red. She rescued from her personal collection an envelope-style handbag by Menbur, which she has used on other occasions since her debut in 2017.
Matching the handbag, the Queen opted for pumps in the same shade, comfortable and elegant, ditching the high stilettos she used to wear in the past.
As for jewelry, Letizia kept the simplicity that characterizes her, wearing her inseparable ring by the Italian firm Coreterno, a piece she has worn practically every day since she debuted it at the 2023 Military Easter.
She also chose yellow gold hoop earrings, half braided and half plain, which she has worn on several occasions, completing a sophisticated yet accessible ensemble.
