Every detail counts when Queen Letizia attends an institutional act, and this Tuesday, April 8, was no exception.

On the occasion of the International Day of the Roma People, the King and Queen of Spain attended the Congress of Deputies to commemorate the 600th anniversary of the arrival of this community to the Iberian Peninsula.

Although many expected a direct nod to Gypsy culture through fashion, the Queen opted for a more sober approach, recovering an already familiar garment from her closet.

Letizia reappeared with a Massimo Dutti dress, belonging to the Autumn/Winter 2021 collection.

The design, with long sleeves and floral print on black background, had already been released in February 2022.

With an A-line midi cut and a neckline adorned with a bow, the garment matched the formality of the event without stealing the limelight.

To complement the outfit, the Queen opted for comfort, leaving behind the high heels she usually wore.

This time she preferred brown pumps with low heels signed by Magrit, making it clear that her style of footwear responds to a new stage more practical and comfortable.

The bag chosen was also by Magrit, the Mica model in camel color, a nappa leather piece with a short handle that has proven to be one of her favorites, as she has it in several colors.

As for jewelry, Letizia was faithful to her minimalist style wore the Luzia earrings of the Spanish brand Gold & Roses, made in rose gold and star-shaped, in addition to her usual Coreterno ring.

Although the styling did not surprise for its originality, it did reaffirm the Queen’s commitment to sustainability and the conscious use of fashion.
