The Military Easter is one of those events on the Spanish royal calendar where protocol reigns, but Letizia always finds a way to look impeccable without losing her personal touch.

On January 6th, the Queen accompanied King Felipe VI and Princess Leonor to the ceremony marking the start of the military year.

The event has a long history, dating back to 1782 when Mahón was reclaimed from British control during the reign of Carlos III. It’s a pure tradition.

For the occasion, Letizia chose a look that combines sobriety with the timeless elegance we know her for.

During the parade, she wore a Carolina Herrera cape with a fur collar over a Nina Ricci ensemble, which included a pleated silk blouse and a long black skirt that was visible when she was inside the Palace.

She wore her black Magrit Clara high heels and completed the look with a Victoria Insignia bag by Carolina Herrera. Nothing out of place, everything very much in line with her style.

For accessories, Letizia chose white gold earrings with diamonds from TOUS Atelier and her Amor Che Tutto Move ring from Coreterno, a piece we’ve seen her wear on other important occasions.

The result was a perfect balance of formality and personal style.
