Queen Letizia has once again demonstrated her impeccable sense of style during her visit to Milan this Thursday.

The reason for her trip was to attend the central event of World Cancer Research Day, a highly relevant event that this year was held at the prestigious FIRC Institute of Molecular Oncology, an Italian center that collaborates with the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC).

Despite the brevity of her visit, the Queen of Spain had the opportunity to tour the institute’s facilities and learn first-hand about the work of the researchers, who seek to advance the fight against cancer and achieve a 70% survival rate by 2030.

With her unmistakable elegance, the Queen not only stood out for her presence at this important event, but also for the careful selection of her attire.

For the occasion, Letizia opted for a red dress from the renowned Italian firm Salvatore Ferragamo, a piece that she has already worn on other occasions and that is part of the spring-summer 2019 collection.

This shirt design, with a subtle draped effect, gathered sleeves and a pleated skirt that reaches calf length, stylizes her figure thanks to the elastic insert at the waist.

Valued at $1,650, Letizia debuted it in 2019 during the closing of the III International Conference on Safe Schools in Mallorca, and reused it in 2021 in Madrid.

In addition to the dress, the queen complemented her look with a beige trench coat by Carolina Herrera, which provided a touch of sophistication, perfect for the rainy days in Milan.

As for accessories, Letizia carried with her a handbag from the Italian firm Furla, specifically the Toni Ballerina model, which she debuted in Germany in 2023 and has since become one of her favorites.

This textured leather bag with a striking floral print brought a touch of freshness to her ensemble.

To complete her look, the queen opted for comfortable heels from Spanish brand Magrit, which went perfectly with her elegant outfit.
