Every year, the unveiling of the Christmas Stamp in Denmark is a special moment, and 2025 was no exception.
Queen Mary, as patron of the Christmas Stamp Foundation, attended the event at Copenhagen City Hall, where the new design titled “Christmas Hope and Wishing Stars,” by artist Emilie Melgaard Jacobsen, was unveiled.
Since 1904, this Christmas tradition has had a noble purpose: to raise funds for the Christmas Seal homes, where a thousand children each year receive support to enhance their well-being and self-esteem.
For this symbolic event, Mary once again showcased her impeccable fashion sense by choosing an elegant look, featuring a Roberto Cavalli blouse with a passion fruit print in burgundy and turquoise, long sleeves, and a ruffled mao collar.
She paired this piece with a crepe midi skirt by Alexander McQueen, featuring a slight flare and an asymmetrical drape in a burgundy hue.
Mary completed her outfit with the classic Gianvito Rossi 105 in burgundy suede, which have almost become a signature of her style.
As always, the accessories played a subtle yet decisive role. The queen complemented her outfit with pieces from Dulong Fine Jewelry, including the Vega rings in gold and diamonds, the Esme bracelet, and a delicate necklace by Louise Grønlykke.
The ensemble exuded Mary’s signature blend of natural sophistication and attention to detail.
