Every spring, the Royal Palace of Brussels is filled with music and elegance with the celebration of the traditional concert that marks the arrival of this season.

On March 13, the King and Queen of Belgium, Philippe and Mathilde, led the event, which featured the talented Susato Trio.

The group performed a varied repertoire with pieces by great masters such as Mozart, Schumann, Mendelssohn and Brahms, delighting the audience with their musical prowess.

In addition to the artistic appeal, the evening also had an important cultural nuance. On this occasion, the King and Queen wished to pay tribute to the world of literature, inviting writers, booksellers and other professionals of the sector.

For this special event, Queen Mathilde opted for a sophisticated and symbolically charged look.

Instead of taking risks with new bets, she resorted to an outfit that had already conquered glances in 2024: an elegant two-piece in powder pink tone of the firm Natan, designed by Edouard Vermeulen.

The choice of this fashion house, a regular in her wardrobe, reaffirms her preference for Belgian fashion.

The outfit consisted of a pair of flare pants with darts and a pearly blouse with a straight collar and French sleeves.

The most striking feature of the top was the asymmetrical draping that decorated her left shoulder, providing a refined air without the need for large ornaments.

This versatile look has allowed the queen to combine it on other occasions with different pieces.

To further enhance her styling, Mathilde resorted to jewelry of great sentimental and aesthetic value.

The highlight was a pair of pear-shaped earrings and a ring set with brilliant-cut and baguette-cut diamonds, accompanied by a lilac kunzite.

This was a special purchase that the queen made at Sotheby’s London in 2018.
