Queen Maxima of the Netherlands has once again surprised with a bold and striking style during her official visit to the city of Emmen.

Despite the cold and snow, the monarch opted for a voluminous and unconventionally designed outfit that did not go unnoticed.

In her role as honorary president of “More Music in the Classroom,” Maxima toured the Sint Fransschool and OBS Emmermeer elementary schools, two institutions that are part of a project aimed at strengthening the artistic and cultural education of students.

These schools are in the process of becoming models for others in the province of Drenthe.

During her visit, the Queen interacted with students and teachers, highlighting the importance of music and art in the education of children.

For the occasion, Máxima chose a stunning coat from the Belgian firm Natan, characterized by its furry texture and a checkered print in shades of white, navy blue and brown.

This piece, which includes a decorative bow on the right shoulder, had previously been seen on the queen during the Davos Economic Forum in 2022, although she had not worn it again since then.

The coat was not the only star piece of her outfit. The monarch paired it with matching pants, with the same plaid design but without the furry effect, probably to ensure greater comfort.

A long-sleeved turtleneck sweater in navy blue completed the outfit, adding a touch of sobriety to the proposal.

As for accessories, Máxima debuted a pair of Gianvito Rossi ankle boots in navy blue, model Martis.

This design, inspired by biker footwear, stands out for its rubber sole with studs, platform and heel of more than ten centimeters.

To complement the look, she opted for a navy Marni bag, made of calfskin.

This accessory is distinguished by its functional design, with a golden clasp closure, interior compartments and a fanny pack pocket.

Maxima’s styling has not gone unnoticed, generating divided opinions among royal fashion followers.

Undoubtedly, the Queen of the Netherlands continues to prove that her style is as distinctive as her personality.
