Queen Maxima has once again stood out for her good taste in fashion during her recent visit to Rotterdam, for an event on mental health.

On this occasion, Maxima attended the presentation of a report entitled “Performance Pressure in Secondary Vocational Education”, where mental health in the educational environment and the anxiety young people face when thinking about their future career were discussed.

During the meeting, the Queen had the opportunity to talk with students and researchers about the findings of the report and participated in a workshop focused on personal development.

The Queen of the Netherlands surprised by appearing at this event in a dress intentionally full of wrinkles.

The dress in question, chosen by the queen for the event in Rotterdam, is a creation of the firm Natan. With an oversize silhouette and an original wrinkled design, the garment stands out for its peculiar style, something that did not go unnoticed by fashion experts.

Josine Droogendijk, head of a site dedicated to Maxima’s wardrobe, explained: “Most women hate wrinkles, but Maxima looks for them with this Natan dress. It looks as if she has pulled the garment from the bottom of the laundry basket.” Clearly, wrinkles were part of the design.

Another eye-catching detail of the ensemble was the leather bangs that adorned the hem of the dress, giving it a very “Charleston” feel, a style that reflects the queen’s taste for flashy outfits.

As for accessories, Maxima completed her look with shoes also by Natan, which combined green with vinyl details.

The pumps, with a ten-centimeter heel, added a modern and bold touch. In addition, the queen carried a green suede handbag and a pashmina in the same color, ready for any change of temperature.

The jewelry section, as usual for Maxima, did not fail to be a highlight. This time, she wore a new ring depicting a bee, as well as costume jewelry earrings with green stones forming the petals of a flower, with a purple center, adding a touch of color to her outfit.
