Queen Maxima of the Netherlands has returned to public life after a discreet autumn vacation with her family. This time, her return has been marked by an important trip to Singapore, where she is participating in the FinTech 2024 Festival.
In her role as UN Special Advocate for Financial Inclusion, which she has held for 15 years, Maxima has been invited to speak on key issues in the financial world and meet with business leaders and influential personalities in the sector.
Queen Maxima in tweed suit by Oscar de la Renta
For her first appearance in Singapore, Maxima opted for an outfit that was as comfortable as it was sophisticated. She chose a tweed two-piece designed by Oscar de la Renta in shades of navy blue, white and yellow, with fringe details on the seams, which gave it a modern and stylish touch.
True to her style, the queen completed her look with nude Gianvito Rossi pointed-toe pumps and a classic Chanel quilted handbag.
This carefully selected outfit did not go unnoticed, and once again reflected her ability to combine fashion and formality in her international engagements.
Jewelry details also stood out in her attire. The queen wore her familiar drop pearl button earrings and a matching necklace, both with a delicate design and a classic touch.
This event not only marks Máxima’s return to her official schedule, but also her renewed commitment to financial inclusion, a mission that has been central to her career.
Before returning to the Netherlands, the Queen will have the honor of presenting the FinTech Excellence Awards, in what will be the closing of her visit to the Asian country, after several weeks of absence from public life.
