During her state visit to Cyprus, Queen Maxima of the Netherlands showed why she is considered a style reference within the royalty.
Throughout her two-day stay on the island, she has worn several outfits that have attracted attention, but it was her choice for the farewell concert that has attracted all the attention.
As is tradition on such official trips, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima hosted a thank-you event for their hosts, Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulidis and his wife, Philippa Karsera.
For the occasion, they organized a concert in Nicosia featuring renowned Dutch harpist Remy van Kesteren, who is also the artistic director of the Dutch Harp Festival.
Queen Maxima in yellow floral dress by Natan
For this special evening, the queen opted for a dress by Natan, the Belgian fashion house she regularly relies on.
It was a long-sleeved, straight-cut design in a vibrant yellow shade with abstract floral print, made in a shiny finish fabric.
In addition, embroidered details in silver tones added an extra to her styling.
As for her accessories, Maxima opted for diamond chandelier earrings, a piece that has been part of her collection for more than fifteen years.
To complete the look, she carried a handbag from the Qatari firm JWAHR, inspired by the Persian art of the sixteenth century, and suede pumps in camel color by Gianvito Rossi, with a heel that exceeded ten centimeters.
With this concert, the King and Queen of the Netherlands ended their stay in Cyprus.
