Queen Rania of Jordan has returned to the public stage after a significant absence, motivated by the delicate political situation in her country, which is affected by the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Her return took place in Aqaba, southern Jordan, where she resumed her official schedule by visiting the Queen Rania Al Abdullah Community Empowerment Center.
There, Rania met with several beneficiaries, especially women, and shared moments with members of the local community, demonstrating once again her closeness and social commitment.
Queen Rania in a Zimmerman Outfit
As expected, the queen did not leave anyone indifferent with her choice of attire.
For this occasion, Rania opted for an elegant and fresh white outfit, suitable for the warm weather of Aqaba, where temperatures reach 30 degrees at this time of the year.
Her look was composed of a two-piece from the renowned Australian brand Zimmerman, which is very popular among several royals, such as Mary of Denmark and Madeleine of Sweden.
The centerpiece of her outfit was the midi skirt called “Ottie Doily,” made of cream cotton, with an elastic waistband, side pockets and delicate mandala-style embroidery. This exclusive design is valued at $795.
Instead of wearing the matching shirt that goes with the skirt, Rania preferred a plain short-sleeved blouse with ruffles on the shoulders, achieving a harmonious look without overloading her style.
To complete her outfit, the queen chose blue satin heels by designer Jennifer Chamandi, model Lorenzo, which have a particular feature: they can be worn with or without a thin leather strap that runs through the “Eye of the Needle,” an iconic detail of the brand.
Rania chose to wear the strap in place, thus accentuating the design of these shoes, handmade in Italy and with a 105 mm heel, priced at around $900.
With this visit to Aqaba, Rania not only resumes her official duties, but also reiterates her commitment to community empowerment.
