The Cheltenham Festival 2025 has kicked off, and as every year, the prestigious horse racing event has brought together British royalty at the Gloucestershire racecourse.
On this occasion, Queen Camilla, Zara Tindall and Eugenie of York have been the center of attention with their outfits, proving once again that elegance can adapt to comfort.
Camilla, Zara & Eugenie’s Cheltenham Style
Unlike Royal Ascot, where etiquette is strict, the Cheltenham Festival allows its attendees greater freedom in the selection of attire, limiting themselves to recommending clothes according to the weather.
However, this does not mean that guests neglect their appearance. British royals know that this is an ideal scenario to look impeccable.
Queen Camilla: Classicism with a modern twist
The wife of King Charles III opted for a sober look, choosing a long chocolate brown coat with an Italian collar and a structured design that enhanced her bearing.
To complement her outfit, she wore high black suede boots and fur gloves with fur cuffs, an accessory that allowed her to shelter from the cold in style.
Instead of a headdress, as is customary in equestrian events, Queen Camilla preferred a beige hat with a fur base, a detail that brought modernity to her classic styling.
Zara Tindall: Tailored elegance
Princess Anne’s daughter opted for a pinstripe suit in gray, composed of a straight wide-leg pants and a blazer with crossed lapel, reaffirming her penchant for fashion that is trendy and masculine-inspired.
To add a touch of color to her outfit, Zara paired her ensemble with a burgundy turtleneck sweater, which matched her matching bow-tied headpiece, a very Royal Ascot-esque choice.
As accessories, she opted for black heeled ankle boots, gold earrings and a crocodile skin bag, thus closing a balanced and sophisticated look.
Eugenie of York: A nod to military style
For her part, Eugenie opted for a burgundy coat with a military cut, a structured garment with gold buttons that provided an air of classic sophistication.
Under the coat, she wore a black dress with a round neck, a simple but effective choice that allowed to focus attention on the accessories.
To complete her look, Prince Andrew’s daughter opted for black ankle boots, a matching mini bag and an XXL bow headband, a striking accessory that added a touch of freshness to her ensemble.
