Felipe Juan Froilán’s life is beginning to define itself. The grandson of King Juan Carlos I of Spain has left for Abu Dhabi to get away from the controversies he has been involved in the last months.

Where will Felipe Juan Froilán work in Abu Dhabi?

Far from the scandals and with all the privacy he likes, Felipe Juan Froilán will work in ADNOC, the national oil company of Abu Dhabi. This company is under the command of Sultan Ahmed al-Jaber, a close friend of King Emeritus Juan Carlos.

According to Spanish portals, the nephew of the King of Spain will have a huge salary of between 6,000 and 10,000 euros per month, about 4,600 and 10,600 U.S. dollars. He will also have totally free housing depending on his position. For the moment, it is not known what position he will hold.

Felipe Juan Froilán, 24, ended up entering the business school The College for International Studies, in Madrid to study Business Administration and Management, so it is certain that he will assume a responsibility related to his academic preparation.

However, he will enjoy a freedom that he does not have in Spain since the laws of the Arab country prevent taking pictures of strangers and the paparazzi are completely forbidden. Froilán will have to be careful and stay away from controversy, since being drunk in public is punishable by imprisonment and immediate expulsion from the country.
