A week ago Prince Harry, 38, participated in a curious therapy on loss and the importance of personal healing, together with the controversial Dr. Gabor Maté, 79.
The professional specialized in “toxic trauma”, talked with the Duke of Sussex about various situations that appear in his autobiography ‘Spare’. However, there was one topic that for many went unnoticed: an alleged fight between Harry and his then-girlfriend Meghan Markle, 41.

According to the duke’s revelations in his book, on one occasion, he became irritable with the former American actress and their conversation took an unexpected turn. So surprising that, in his words, he neglected his manners, his tone of voice became disproportionate and he addressed his crush in a manner “harsh enough, to bring the whole room to a halt.”
Although Harry avoided giving more details about the dispute or what was the reason for the argument. He did, however, reveal what Markle replied to him upon seeing his unconscionable behavior. “I will never tolerate being spoken to like that,” the Canadian would have told him, which caused a deep reflection to the youngest son of Diana and Charles.
Harry assured Dr. Maté that he needed that to happen to realize “I could lose her.” He claimed that his way of expressing himself in that way could be linked to his upbringing.
The Duke of Sussex confessed that he is happy that his wife has corrected his way of acting, assuring that “she saved him” from the darkness.
Harry describes Meghan as “an exceptional human being”. “I was stuck in my world. She was in a different world and helped draw me out.”
