Every year, with the aim of maintaining a transparent institution that complies with the laws, the Royal Household has made public the gifts received by the members of the royal family during the year 2023.

This is a detailed list of all the presents given to King Felipe, Queen Letizia, Princess Leonor, Infanta Sofia and Queen Emeritus Sofia, while performing their representative duties.

This long list includes the 301 institutional gifts received by the Royal Family during their activities or the presents offered by the public administrations, or entities and institutions integrated in the state, autonomous or local public sector, as well as the gifts offered by the authorities of a foreign State.

As the Royal Household clarifies, the destination of all of them is National Heritage.

When analyzing the list, several details stand out, such as the coats that the King of Jordan, Abdullah II, gave to Letizia, Leonor and Sofia when he visited Spain in December 2023.

The Alaouite monarch met with Felipe VI and gave him the three garments for his wife and daughters.

“During his previous trip to Spain in June, accompanied on this occasion by Queen Rania, Abdullah II presented Don Felipe with a wooden box and moving sand in a round frame, and Letizia with a wooden jewelry box.”

There are in the list other gifts made by members of the royals.

When Felipe and Letizia made a state trip to Denmark in November, Margarita II presented them with a tray and cutlery for two diners.

“She also gave them a framed photograph of herself, as did the then heirs, Frederick and Mary.”
