The Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II continues to give something to talk about and it is not for less, 70 years on the throne is not an achievement that anyone has. Thousands of congratulations were sent to the Queen but the absence of one in particular was noticed.

Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, were the big absentees among the congratulations to Queen Elizabeth, Princess Diana’s son did not appear to have a gesture, at least in public, for his grandmother.

The couple, who more than a year ago renounced their duties with the monarchy, had always had preferential treatment with the Queen but this time there was no significant gesture.

Therefore, it is surprising that they have been totally silent on such an important date for the Queen. However, it is unknown if Harry has held a few words with his grandmother in private.

Royal experts speculate that Harry did not sit well with the “go-ahead” that Queen Elizabeth has given to Camilla’s reign. They have also revealed that in the next biography of Prince Charles’ son that will be published soon, Camilla will be the one who worst comes out because of the revelations that the book will have.

While that happens, Harry plans to travel to the United Kingdom next June for the official celebration of the Platinum Jubilee and it is likely that Meghan Markle, who has not gone to England since 2020, will attend the appointment.
