Princess Leonor, 18 years old, has lived a morning full of emotions and her sister, the Infanta Sofia wanted to be present.
In a solemn ceremony at the General Military Academy of Zaragoza, her father, King Felipe, 56, gave her the office of ensign, marking the end of an arduous course.
This important day did not go unnoticed by her mother, Queen Letizia, 51, and her sister, the Infanta Sofia, 17, who were present to support Leonor in her big moment.

The dress chosen by Sofia is from Hugo Boss, one of her mother’s favorites. It should be noted that Sofia premiered this one in 2022 during the audience with the Princess of Asturias Award laureates.
On this occasion, she has decided to give the dress a new life, changing the shoes and adapting it to the summer season.
The dress, made in a white fluid fabric, stands out for its navy print and asymmetrical hem. Hugo Boss plays with vertical and horizontal stripes, creating a fresh and modern design.
The dress has a round neck, slightly flared short sleeves, fitted waist and a midi skirt that ends in peaks, adding a touch of asymmetry that makes it special.
In 2022, Sofia combined this dress with low heels. For the event in Zaragoza, she opted for elegant black ballerinas from LMDI Collection, which she debuted on October 31, 2023 during Leonor’s swearing in of the Constitution at the Congress of Deputies.
These ballerinas, which she has worn on several occasions, are the Naranco model, from the autumn-winter 2023/2024 collection.
The ballerinas, with round toe and flat sole, feature several straps on the vamp and heel. This black pair is priced at $125.
