Infanta Sofia has begun her final year at UWC Atlantic College, located in Wales.
Although her main focus will be on studying and preparing for her exams, Princess Leonor’s sister will also have time to enjoy various recreational activities, as revealed by Spanish media.
Weekends will be especially important for the Infanta, as she will be able to spend time with her classmates and participate in different activities offered by the center.
Infanta Sofia’s outings in Wales
Recently, some of Sofia’s plans for the coming weekend have been revealed.
UWC Atlantic College, surrounded by natural landscapes, offers a variety of extracurricular options.
Infanta Sofia will participate in activities such as target shooting, women’s soccer matches, and shopping trips in Llantwit Major, a village in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Women’s soccer stands out among her passions; the Infanta is a great fan of the sport and, according to press sources, even considered joining an academy to train professionally in it.
However, her time in Wales will not be limited to soccer alone, as the school offers a wide range of sports and activities, including basketball, volleyball, swimming, dance, yoga, tennis, cricket, and boxing.
It also has facilities for rock climbing, an activity that the Infanta has already enjoyed.
Thus, Infanta Sofia is preparing for a year full of academic challenges and moments of relaxation, balancing her education with her passion for sports and physical activity.
