The lack of news about Kate Middleton’s condition following her abdominal surgery has fueled all kinds of speculation.
The Princess of Wales underwent surgery on January 16, which was announced in a brief statement the following day.
The 42-year-old Princess was hospitalized at The London Clinic until Monday, January 29, when she went home to continue her recovery.
During her time in the hospital, however, royal fans became concerned after reports emerged of the Princess of Wales’ troubling condition.
Was Kate Middleton in a coma?
One of the reports about Prince William’s wife began to spread in the Spanish media.
In them, the journalist Concha Calleja revealed in a television program that the situation with Kate was quite worrying due to complications that arose after the operation.
Not only that, but the journalist also reported that her close sources had told her that Kate was intubated and in a coma.
These reports were picked up by media around the world, and now Buckingham Palace itself has come out to confirm or deny them.
According to a report by People, the royal house wants to categorically deny everything that has been said about Kate’s alleged complications.
‘Total Nonsense’ a palace source told to People. “No attempt was made by that journalist to fact-check anything that she said with anyone in the household. It’s fundamentally, totally made-up, and I’ll use polite English here: it’s absolutely not the case.”
Kate returned home to Windsor, where she will continue her recovery. She is not expected to return to royal duty until after Easter.
So far, this is the only official information they have said about the health of the mother of Princes George, Charlotte and Louis.
