Kate Middleton has once again made a public appearance, although it has been virtually, to talk about mental health through a video posted on her Instagram account.
The Princess of Wales has recovered one of her most versatile blouses, a garment that she wore for the first time in a public event in May 2021.

She has combined the blouse with dark pants, belt and baroque pearl earrings by British jeweler Annoushka Jewellery and diamond-encrusted earrings by Kiki McDonough. She has also left her hair in waves and completely loose.

Kate Middleton has wanted to reappear on Instagram to launch a message of support for the campaign ‘Taking Action on Addiction’, aimed at generating awareness about addictions in order to get more people to get the help. Recall that Kate is a patron of addiction recovery charity The Forward Trust.
“As a patron of The Forward Trust, I have met many people who have suffered the effects of addiction. Attitudes toward addiction are changing, but there is still a way to go. Still, the shame of addiction prevents individuals and families from reaching out for help and people tragically continue to lose their lives,” the Princess of Wales said in the video.
Kate Middleton, has asked for understanding for people with addictions: “Please know that addiction is not a choice. No one chooses to become an addict. I want you to know that this is also a serious health condition. Please don’t let shame keep you from getting the help you so desperately need.”
