When Buckingham Palace made official the third pregnancy of Kate Middleton, 41, had to take a break from her official duties due to a condition she had suffered from in her previous pregnancies.

The Princess of Wales had her first child, George in July 2013, then gave birth to Charlotte in May 2015, and then brought Louis into the world in April 2018, in all her pregnancies she suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum, a condition that prevents her from continuing with her usual agenda.

Kate Middleton suffers from morning sickness during pregnancy

At least 2% of pregnant women suffer from nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, especially during the three months, but those who suffer from intense and constant morning sickness at any time of the day can become dehydrated. In fact, during her first pregnancy, Kate had to be hospitalized.

The Princess of Wales has unveiled all the difficulties she has had during her pregnancies on the podcast “Happy mum, happy baby” by writer Giovanna Fletcher, there Kate even said that she is not the happiest person when she is pregnant: “It was a challenge for me and for the people around me.”

Prince William’s wife also confessed that she had resorted to meditation and hypnosis to cope with this ailment. She assured that with such practices she was able to control her discomfort.

Kate will probably think very carefully before becoming pregnant for the fourth time.
