Kate Middleton’s St. Patrick’s Day outfit
Kate has opted for a completely green outfit, in honor of this Irish celebration. The Duchess of Cambridge wore a coat designed by Laura Green that is made of emerald green marbled wool, structured collar, shoulder pads fastened with leather buttons and belt with matching buckle. A garment that costs 3,200 pounds, about 3,800 euros (4 thousand dollars).
In her coat she wore a gold brooch in the shape of a clover, this piece is part of Queen Elizabeth‘s jewelry box. To this style the duchess added a ‘pillbox’ headdress, in the same tone as the coat, and wore her hair in a low bun.
On her feet she wore black pumps designed by Gianvito Rossi. As accessories she wore emerald and diamond earrings, as well as her engagement ring.

As an anecdote of this event, the wife of Prince William “decorated” with the branch of clover to the mascot of the guard, a huge Irish wolf dog named Turlough Mor, the Duchess as usual, and faithful animal lover, had an affectionate gesture with the dog.
